Community – T1 W5

A community is when a small/large group of people that has the same ideas and personality, also what they like.

Qualities in a Community is when people help each other out, correct them of what is right and what is wrong, example, like being a Christian or a Catholic. You sin but people will tell you in your community that sinning is bad, but sometimes it’s not, just because people are catholic or christian doesn’t mean they have to stay good and perfect forever.

They will tell you what being a a part of their community is like, they will be happy that you are part of it. Being in a community is sometimes very very serious, it’s like a job but you don’t have to do work, instead, you have to help people out, change them into a better person.

 

A community, is a group. A group that will help you realize that life can also be fun. But some groups are bad, when your instincts tell you something is wrong with the group you are in, leave! It’s your decision.

 

Ramp it up!

Description

Hey y’all, today, we’re going to roll a ball, one is a marble, one is a ping pong ball. Check out me hypothesis to see which one roll further.

Hypothesis

I think the marble will roll further because it’s small and capable of rolling further.

Equipments

  • Marble
  • Ping Pong ball
  • Egg cartons
  • 2 rulers

Steps (Method)

So, how to roll the ping pong ball and marble.

I put egg cartons on top of each other until I get the height I want, now, I put 2 rulers next to each other, not too far from each other but probably this close –>  ||  <– (PRETEND IT’S THE RULERS) Now just roll it in between.                                                                                                                                         ||

The marble rolled further.

Conclusion

The results showed that my hypothesis was correct. The marble went further because it’s small and capable and smooth because it’s filled with resin! Duh!

What I would changed

I maybe would’ve had changed my measurements instead of foot.

Final

We are done, the measurements are good, the steps are good and the other stuff like hypothesis etc. Reine AKA my partner for today’s activity, she has the video, it MAY not be there due to lack of people in the video and not actually the experiment. It was honestly exhausting because many people were around me and Reine’s experiment, we got mad and kept arguing how they were in the way and they didn’t move at all, also Eirmano was making me mess up my measurement when I was measuring the ping pong ball.

Paper Planes

Description

Hey guys, today in science, we learned how to make a paper airplane and throw them to see which one goes the furthest. I think it’s going to be the smaller paper plane. (I’m correct)

Hypothesis

The small paper plane will go the furthest because my paper airplane looks so bad and it was crumbled so yea.

Steps

  • Get 2 pieces of paper (A4 and A5)

  • Get your Chromebook out and search up how to make a paper airplane. (Unless you know how to make it already)

  • Follow the steps that the person did in the video.

  • After you make your paper airplanes, record a video of you throwing and see which  one goes the furthest.

There is the video, me and Tyra were a team, she recorded me and made the small paper plane, all thanks to her it was a success!
